Below are the Terms & Conditions for reserving a vehicle with us at Middle Green Motors:

I understand that the payment of £150 as a deposit for the above vehicle, is taken by the seller as part payment and I am entering into a contract to purchase the vehicle.

I understand that the vehicle will be reserved by the seller for a period of 7 Days, after which the vehicle will become free for sale once more.

I acknowledge that this payment is not refundable in the event of my self-withdrawing from the contract and deciding is not to pay the remaining balance of the advertised vehicle price.

I also understand that I will be personally liable for any expenses incurred by the seller in preparing the vehicle ready for delivery and any other loss incurred by my withdrawing from the contract.
